Krish Would Be The Centaur, Chiron

Centaurs are half-human, half-horse creatures in Greek mythology. They have the body of a horse and the torso, head and arms of a man. They were considered to be the children of Ixion, king of the Lapiths, and Nephele, a cloud made in the image of Hera.  Centaurs are known
for running wild and free.
Chiron, a centaur is know as a healer in astrology.  He heals the deepest wound.
He is kind to all creatures.  Krish would definitely be a centaur like Chiron.

Angali Makes Me Think of Angels

One look at Anjali's sweet smile and I am sure you will think "angel" too.
And who doesn't have angels on their mind with Valentine's Day approaching.
Angels do not have a lot in common with monsters but with fairies, they sure do.
For one, they both are depicted with wings.  Often they bring good news.  And who doesn't on occasion wish they had a fairy godmother?
Angels appear in many fine works of art.
77% of adult Americans believe in Angels.  Certainly angels are a topic to ponder.
Or sleep on.

Brianna Would Be A Baba Yaga!

If our friend, Brianna were a monster or mythological creature I think
she would be a Baba Yaga.
If the Baba Yaga was a pretty and smart young girl she would be Brianna.
The Baba Yaga lives deep in the woods in a home that looks much like this one here.
Many people fear the Baba Yaga.  Some Baba Yagas are helpful to people and others are more troublesome.  Of course our friend, Brianna would be the helpful sort of Baba Yaga.  Baba Yagas care for children.  The Baba Yaga in Patricia Polocco's book makes a great Babushka (grandmother.)

Cole Would Be A Kracken

I got thinking about this because my son and I have two dogs.  Willy, the boy dog and Dezi, our little girl dog.  She's part chihuahua.  Willy demands my attention, is eager to please and gets excited when he meets new people and dogs. Dezi is more independent, she likes being dressed up and does not like strangers getting too close to  her, she's very excitable and very protective of her human (me.)  My son demands my attention, is very chatty and very social.  If he were a dog he would be Willy and if Willy was a boy, he would be my son.  If I were a dog, I would be Dezi and if she were human instead of canine she would be me.  This thinking led me to wander about the boys and girls and what type of monster or fairyland creature would they be.
If our friend Cole were a monster, he would be a Kracken.  A Kracken is a giant sea monster that was sometimes mistaken for an island by sailors.  The Kracken lived in toff the coast of Norway and Greenland.  It is quiet and strong like our friend, Cole.
Scientists believe the Kracken was actually a giant squid.  Can you guess which monster or fairyland creature you would be?
